OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard in Effect Starting January 10th, 2022

January 10th is 10 days away – Are you prepared?

Recordkeeping requirements by January 10th:

  • Employers will have to determine the vaccination status of each employee
  • Obtain acceptable proof of vaccination
  • Maintain a list of employees and their vaccination status

  • Employers are also required to make available to an employee, employee representative or OSHA the total number of fully vaccinated employees and number of employees at a workplace
